In Progress: The Hill House

Our newest acquisition at 2237 East Main Street (The Hill House) is 2424 square foot. This house, was once voted the ugliest in Richmond (1996). Lets just say it didn't improve much over the last 25 years. With the help of the City of Richmond and Wayne County Commissioners, RNR was able to save the building from certain death. Our volunteers have been hard at work cleaning her out, beatifying her, and getting her ready for a major face lift. The inside looked worse than the outside, if that was even possible (see below). We are really excited about this one. This is what the PI had to say in 1996!
