Richmond Neighborhood Restoration seeks to stimulate the revitalization of Richmond’s historic neighborhoods through economic development, community development, citizen participation, and historic preservation.

- (b) Real Estate Development: new construction, rental properties, and the redevelopment of foreclosed, abandoned and blighted properties
- (c) Housing: promotion, preservation, lending, and rehabilitation
- (d) community engagement
- (e) economic development
