Roxie Deer, Executive Director
Roxie is a lifelong Richmond resident and a proud alumni of Richmond High School. After attending college at the College of Wooster, Roxie returned to Richmond to work in education and earned her Masters in 2016.
Roxie has a heart for community development and has served on many non-profit boards throughout Wayne County. In 2019, Roxie founded the Deer Family Fund, which supports women and their needs in the Wayne County area. In 2021, Roxie received the Wayne County Athena Young Professional Award for her work to raise awareness for women's health issues and cancer prevention. When not working for RNR or volunteering for other nonprofits, Roxie can be found spending time exploring new places and loving her pups; Hudson Reign and Rosie Lynn! |

Dave Jetmore, Board President and Founder
Dave Jetmore is a local Richmond physician and one of the founding members of RNR. He has a BS and MD degree from Indiana University. He founded Jetmore, Bawa, and Hirons, Inc. upon moving to Richmond, and worked there until his retirement in 2015. During his medical career he also started two successful surgical centers that were ultimately sold to Ball Memorial Hospital and Reid Hospital. Dave started Lick Creek Farms, a grain producing enterprise that was also involved in raising registered Salers cattle. Dave also founded Stonehenge Concrete and Gravel which was ultimately sold to Ernst Enterprises. He has had a lifelong interest in historic preservation and has personally restored 2 historic Richmond properties as well as the 220 year old farm house where he live with his wife, Cheri.

Shaun Dingwerth, Board Vice President and Founder
Shaun Thomas Dingwerth has served as the Executive Director at the Richmond Art Museum since 2004. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Indiana University. Before becoming the Executive Director, he served as the Director of Operations for five years and served on the Board of Trustees of the Richmond Art Museum for three years. An author, his publication, The Richmond Group Artists, was released by Indiana University Press in 2014. He has also had articles published in national art magazines including Plein Air Magazine and Fine Art Connoisseur.
Dingwerth has served as a board director for West End Bank, Richmond Neighborhood Restoration, Wayne County Area Chamber of Commerce board, the Wayne County Convention and Visitors Bureau Board and is the facilitator for the Wayne County Cultural Alliance and Arts Fusion. |
Gail Connerley, Secretary
Gail serves as Assistant Vice President of Development for Earlham College where she oversees the building of relationships with current and prospective constituents and securing charitable gifts. She has also led multiple Earlham wilderness trips and co-led several off-campus research trips to Iceland. She previously worked at Bethany Theological Seminary as Executive Director of Institutional Advancement, overseeing friendraising and fundraising operations and institutional marketing and communications. Gail is active in the Richmond community, having served on the Chamber of Commerce Awards, Celebrations, and Events committee, the Wayne County Positive Place initiative, the Richmond Symphony Orchestra Board of Directors where she served as president and secretary and the Cope Environmental Center Board of Directors, serving as president, secretary and development committee chair. She is a member of the Wayne County Foundation's Women's Giving Circle and the Rose City Investment Club.
Gail earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication Arts from Wilmington College (Ohio) and lives in Richmond with her husband Jarrod and their dog Hooper. |
Chad Bolser, Trustee
Chad Bolser, Chancellor of Ivy Tech Community College's Richmond campus, has a thirty-year career in education, leading different organizations in K-12 and higher education. Bolser completed his undergraduate education at Lindenwood University (MO) in 1992. In 1998, he moved to Richmond, Indiana, and spent the next sixteen years in Richmond Community Schools as a teacher, coach, and athletic director. In 2014, Bolser joined Ivy Tech Community College as Campus President of the Richmond Campus and, in 2017, was appointed Chancellor of the Ivy Tech Richmond Campus service area, which includes Fayette, Randolph, Rush, Union, and Wayne counties. In 2019, Bolser was named Vice President of Operations for the Southern Campuses of Ivy Tech Community College. After 3 years in that role, Bolser returned to the Richmond Campus as Chancellor in 2023. Bolser earned his Master of Education from Earlham College in 2007 and is pursuing his PhD in Industrial and Organization Psychology from Grand Canyon University. Bolser is an active community member, previously serving as a member of the Wayne County Chamber of Commerce Board, Wayne County Foundation Board, and Richmond Civic Theatre Board. Currently, Bolser serves as an appointed commissioner of the Indiana Arts Commission, along with other boards such as the Wayne County Economic Development Board, Vision Corned Board, Rural Alliance Zone-32 Board, and Rushville's Project 140.
Bolser resides in Richmond, with his wife, Leslie, and their two daughters, Mallory and Maren. |
Bob Ferrell, Trustee
Prior to Bob's retirement in 2012, Bob was active for 35 years in the millwork industry, most notably as the VP of Sales for Johnson Door Products for 25 years and the VP of Sales and Marketing for Imperial Products for 5 years. Bob also served as an agent for Canadian door companies that were looking to break into the US Market.
Since retirement Bob has devoted his time to travel and volunteering for several non-profits, including Wayne County Historical Museum and Cope Environmental Center. After spending time as RNR's Volunteer Coordinator, Bob joined the Board of Trustees. Bob moved to the Richmond community in 1955. |
Ginger Gray, Trustee
Ginger's decades-long philanthropic leadership--including the donated professional services she's quietly provided over the years--have helped non-profit organizations raise over $6 million to date. Her leadership and service have strengthened and sustained our vibrant arts and culture organizations. This fundraising success has made Wayne County Home to a thriving art community and the envy of many communities much larger than ours. Ginger has volunteered for numerous non-profits over her philanthropic career. Her relationship with Richmond Symphony Orchestra for nearly 30 years, exemplifies how her gift of philanthropic vision marks her as an exceptional leader. Ginger has served these organizations through thick and thing; she has launched new event-based fundraising models, providing significant capital for the organizations.

Jason Troutwine, Trustee
Jason serves as a Vice President of Reid Health. In his role, he provides executive leadership for Reid's marketing and communications, business partnerships, community benefit & engagement programs, medical fitness and athletic trainer programs, volunteer services department. He also serves as president of Reid Health Foundation. Prior to joining Reid, Jason was Vice Chancellor for External Affairs at Indiana University East. Throughout the eight years in that role, he provided administrative oversight of the campus' marketing, communications, web development, community relations, public affairs and government relations, advancement, alumni relations, event planning and community engagement programs. Jason actively volunteers in the region and currently serves as the Board Chair of the Preble County Development Partnership. He is also a member of the Boys and Girls Club of Wayne County board of directors, the Wayne County Area Chamber of Commerce board of directors, the Richmond Symphony Orchestra board of directors, the Vision Corner board of directors, the Ivy Tech Community College--Richmond board of trustees and the Indiana University East board of advisors. A graduate of Indiana University East, Jason lives in the Richmond area--where he and wife, Heather, raised their two adult children.

Emeritus
J.P. Hall, Emeritus
J.P. Hall is an Assistant Professor of Historic Preservation in the College of Architecture and Planning at Ball State University, and teaches courses about the history and theory of the preservation movement. In addition, J.P. teaches courses pertaining to the economics, planning, law, and advocacy within the field. Prior to joining the faculty, J.P. was Director of the Eastern Regional Office (!2 county region) for Indiana Landmarks, the largest statewide historic preservation organization in the country. He has a decade of experience within the historic preservation and downtown revitalization fields, and has been directly involved in numerous redevelopment projects and downtown revitalization initiatives. He graduated with a B.A. in History from Indiana Univeristy-Indianapolis, and an M.S. in Historic Preservation from CAP at Ball State University. J.P. has extensive experience working with communities, elected officials, property owners, and local organizations in re-purposing historic resources, downtown and neighborhoods.
