Richmond Neighborhood Restoration (RNR) is excited to showcase our first Downtown Richmond renovation at the former Secret Ingredient building.
This Open House will allow guests to see the four brand new apartments and great office space, located on the second and third floors of the building. Guests will also get the chance to mix and mingle in the retail space while enjoying catering from Downtown Deli, live entertainment and shopping from local boutiques. The completion of the Secret Ingredient is first of the Place Program, which is a collaborative effort between Richmond Neighborhood Restoration, the City of Richmond, the Economic Growth Group and the Redevelopment Commission. Upon completion of the residential spaces, RNR will turn the building over to the city for completion of the retail space, which will include "whiteboxing" the space and finding a tenant for the building.
