The 1906 William F. Bockhoff House, was the group's first project. Bockhoff lived in the American Four Square home during his tenure as president of National Automatic Tool Company (NATCO) from 1911 until his death in 1928.

On June 7th, 1900, Elwood McGuire bought a double lot on East Main Street, just east of Nineteenth Street. He commissioned local architect/builder Stephen O. Yates to design and build the house.

 The c. 1870s Ann & Jerry Judge house is a beautiful Italianate on South 17th Street. The house was donated and named in the memory of outstanding members of the Richmond Community.

Our project at 2009 East Main Street was a 2943 square foot Federal Farmhouse with Italianate Features. It is one of the oldest houses in the Linden Hill National Register Historic District and predates many of the Mansions on the Row. This hidden gem was built in c. 1870s by Samuel Shute, one of the original farmers of the Linden Hill area. ​
