Our project at 2009 East Main Street was a 2943 square foot Federal Farmhouse with Italianate Features. It is one of the oldest houses in the Linden Hill National Register Historic District and predates many of the Mansions on the Row. This hidden gem was built in c. 1870s by Samuel Shute, one of the original farmers of the Linden Hill area.
