Our volunteer corps is our most valuable asset as we continue working toward our goal of restoring Richmond’s historic and iconic architecture. To strengthen this mission, we plan to expand our team of volunteers and introduce hands-on workshops that teach the essential skills needed to restore historic homes. Before scheduling workshops, we’ll ask for your input to ensure the times are convenient for everyone. Through these opportunities, volunteers can learn, or share, their expertise in areas such as clean-up, general carpentry, landscaping, painting, plumbing, electrical work, masonry, tile work, floor sanding, window repair and glazing, tuck-pointing brick, roofing, and plaster skills.
